2022 Freire Lobo Vigno Tinto

Early in her career, Elisa Freire Lobo became the first female winemaker in Portugal's Dao region. In 2010 she took over her family's vineyards to create her own winery, bringing a minimal impact, chemical-free approach to farming that flows naturally to the cellar. This blend of 40% Touriga Nacional, 30% Alfrocheiro, 25% Jaen (Mencia), and 5% Tinta Roriz is bursting with wild berry and black cherry flavors shot through with brightness and nerve and touch of spice.
