2022 Levo 'Please Fasten Your Seatbelt' White Blend

This blend of 76% Grenache Blanc, 15% Roussanne, & 9% Petit Manseng is anything but typical. Fermented in a combination of stainless steel and neutral oak, it blends brightness and barrel texture to great effect, striking just the right balance between vibrancy and richness. The fruit is sourced from 4 different vineyard sites from Edna Valley down to Santa Barbara warm days and cool nights create both ripe fruit flavors and crisp acidity. While it has notes of white nectarine, lemon zest, and even a touch of tropical fruit, some crushed stone minerality also peeks through.
