2023 Hubba Valdiguié

Planted on a gentle hillside beneath limestone cliffs, the dry farmed and organic Shell Creek vineyard where the grapes are grown gets it's name from the layers of marina fossils it sits atop, as well as the seasonal creek running the length of the canyon. Fully ripe at low alcohol, Valdiguié is the perfect gateway to the world of chilled reds. This wine is a delightfully juicy combination of strawberry and lightly earthy mineral notes. Pop it in the fridge about 20 minutes before you plan to pop it open for maximum enjoyment.
