NV Lustau Vermut Rosé

What does one do with rosé vermouth you might wonder. Lots of things as it turns out! Mix it with soda water or Prosecco over ice for a delightful spritzer. Mix it 50/50 with gin for a lower alcohol, more flavorful, and pink martini. It's exceptionally good paired with sushi, smoked salmon, brie, and all kinds of appetizers like charcuterie, olives, and bruschetta. Once opened this bottle will keep up to 3 months in the fridge so you've got plenty of time to try out all of the above.
