NV Nocturne Blanc Vermouth

This semi-sweet white vermouth is a fresh, vibrant expression of the Central Coast California landscape that inspired it. The base wine is made from the floral Malvasia Bianca variety grown in Paso Robles. After fermentation the wine was fortified with a local brandy infused with a blend of blend of botanicals including coriander and lemon verbena and then given a touch of sweetness with local clover honey. Once the hills went green in the spring, the next step was to forage florals such as elderflower and orange blossom as well as citrus including Meyer lemon and Valencia orange to add to the blend. All ingredients in this vermouth are sourced within 10 miles of where it's made. Great as an aperitif over ice or with tonic or as a replacement for Lillet in a Vesper or for standard white vermouth in a Martini.
